Whatever Happened to the Nandi Bear? Still on the Track
The Chemosit, or Nandi bear, of East African legend, has a fearsome reputation that has endured to this day in the local communities. Not thought to be a bear by definition, the legendary mystery animal was rumored to eat the brains of its victims and display a strong savagery that struck fear in hunters. Same can also be said of the Mngwa, a reportedly large cat like creature known for killing unwary tribesmen and terrorizing fearful villagers. But what to make of their "disappearance"? Since the 1920s, no reports of the Mngwa have been surfaced. Do these creatures, possibly misidentified abnormalities of very well known predators, still stalk the wilds of Africa? here my new review. i just finished watching the new horror suspence drama alittle action comedy movie the wildman of the navidad dvd it was great to awesome spoof the legend of boggy creek. it had awesome erie country music too it was alittle campy funny in great way but this new movie realy brings memories. it sad ending where it shows the wildman was a sasquatch killed by hunters. but this new movie dvd is definetly worth watching & great collection for any researchers here bigfoot-sasquatch movie dvd library indeed. good evening bill g keep in touch ok

During an Everest trek in December 1983-January 1984, the writer rounded a corner and saw what was "clearly a primate of some sort. Not huge, between 3 and 4 feet tall. Thick reddish hair like an orangutan. Long arms." They looked at one another for 10 seconds, then the creature turned and climbed out of sight. A sherpa confirmed that it was a Yeti. Large Flying Creature - Medina River, Texas Phantoms & Monsters
A Texas hiker, outside of San Antonio, is baffled by the sight of an enormous winged creature in the evening hours this week. Described as completely black, with a 15 ft wingspan, tail, and with a deathly scream, the alarmed witness thinks it looked more dinosaur than bird. The outdoorsman watched as it swooped near him and into a rocky bluff out of sight. Fearing ridicule, the anonymous witness hopes that others in the area may have an idea of what it was. And it appears, from the many years of chronicling the menacing creature in newspapers in the surrounding area, that someone out there just may have seen it also.

Another big cat sighting takes hold of a UK village. A journalist, and mother of two, out for a stroll in the nearby woods of Crystal Palace encountered the inky black beast on a path while taking in the flora. It's not the first time large, black felines have been on the prowl in the surrounding neighborhoods. One man was allegedly attacked by an unknown wild cat during the night within recent years. The terrified mother knew only to flee upon seeing the cat “the size of a labrador” approach. Yet despite all these reports, the local authorities, including the RSPCA, claim there are no cats afoot and no zoos missing any specimens that would fit a large predatory cat description. Maybe they should all take a stroll in the night in the woods just to be sure?

The ST was great, with guest Ed Runninghorse (AKA TheFirstBillyJack) who discussed his research in the state of Minnesota as well as his working with different researchers in Minnesota and other states. I called in and asked him what his opinion was on the true purpose of wood-knocking, whether it was intimidation or communication, and also a bit of discussion on the wood-knocking patterns. Nancy called in and asked some questions, as did a fellow named Steve from Ohio. In two weeks, Don welcomes Eric Altman to the show, 9:00 EST/8:00 Central.
