Hello again,
In just three days all the fun begins down in the beautiful Cambridge, Ohio area. I have a few things to go over with all of you.
1- Friday's VIP Dinner will be taking place from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM at the world famous-
Theo's Restaurant

Theo's offers high quality food at an affordable price. they offereverything from steak, seafood, chicken, vegetarian dishes, salads, soups, homemade pies, and much, much more.
We have close to 185 people signed up for this event. We will have seating of 90 people in the party room and 110 in the overflow area.
The party room seating will be for the speakers and the VIP ticket holders first. Any additional seating in the Party room will be filledaccordingly once all registered VIP attendees have arrived. Our overflow area is nice and big and should accommodate all of us with ease. The speakers will make an effort to come around and talk with as many people as they can.
2- Friday's Meet and Greet at the Salt Fork Lodge will be from 9:30 PM until 11:30 PM in the main Conference room on the lower level. This is open to everybody and will be a great way to meet the speakers, make new friends, ask questions, tell us about your sighting or research, etc...
