With a press conference scheduled by California's Sanger Paranormal for this afternoon to present evidence they say was found near Fresno, CA, of two Bigfoots, new evidence from northern New Mexico's Sangre de Christo Mountains is believed to show two adult Bigfoots and one juvenile around the area of La Queva Creek near Glorita. Craig Woolheater posts this detailed report from one of the trackers who claims to have found numerous tracks around the area, detailing how he, another tracker and two Rottweilers followed the tracks for about three-quarters of a mile before losing the trail in rocky terrain. Is Bigfoot activity beginning to increase? Meanwhile, the Patterson-Gimlin film of 1967 still offers the best evidence of the creature to a man who says he had his own face-to-face encounter with it in 1999, as revealed in Bigfoot Exists: Eye Witness Michael Speaks of His Sasquatch Encounter. And there's a skeptical look at the Sanger Paranormal claims in “Most Convincing” Evidence Of Bigfoot “Accidentally” Leaked. Elsewhere, Michael Newton appears to have put to rest some phenomenal "fish" described in newspaper articles from the 19th and early 20th centuries, included by Jerome Clark in his Unnatural Phenomena, as seen, with images, in Not-So-Weird Wisconsin? Also, The Professor continues to dig through the volumes of notes left behind by famous cryptozoologist/naturalist/adventurer/author Ivan T. Sanderson in Peeking at Ivan's SITU Files: Meaningless Reports of Sea Monsters - Part Six, with images.
