Interview with Linda Godfrey Binnall of America
Cryptozoologist Linda Godfrey, author of The Beast of Bray Road andHunting the American Werewolf, joins Tim Binnall for a discussion of Bipedal Canine Cryptids (aka "Dogman"), how they differ from bears as well as "classic" werewolf descriptions, the connections between the Dogman and water as well as Native American burial mounds, and the problems proving the Dogman's existence. They also talk about the recent "Gable Film" hoax, as well as the response of the cryptozoology community to her research. Elsewhere, Neil Arnold is a guess on Nick Refern's "There's Something in the Woods" blog with A Big Cat Commentary.

From Chinameca, Mexico, reports of a four-limbed monster that is terrorizing villagers and killing livestock. First seen by children and then by others in the following days, the monster was last seen submerging into the local river, which forced police to tell bathers to vacate the area. Police have been called in on other sightings as well but have been unable to capture or identify the mysterious creature. Residents remain on edge since the last sighting. And on the cryptozoological entertainment front, several posts from Cryptomundo: Fred Olen Ray Jumps Into The Bigfoot Movie Craze With “Sasquatch vs Chupacabra”, Two New Clips From Jordan Blum’s Bigfoot Horror, ‘Savage’, The Brand-New Teaser Trailer For Brian Jaynes ‘Boggy Creek’, New Evidence Of "The Bloody Rage Of Bigfoot", and Baroque Bigfoot (May 1st).
