Tomorrow night (Thursday, April 8) at 10 o'clock EST, Ash and Mark welcome some guests with vaunted credentials in the world of cryptozoology. Nick Redfern, Adam Davies, Linda Godfrey and Cliff Barackman join the downloadable podcast to talk of creatures that skulk on the corners of reality - some say they really exist, some say they don't, but everyone says they're extremely interesting. Meanwhile, another famous member of the cryptozoology school, Loren Coleman, has been bombarded by a mainstream media thirsty for information about a strange looking creature captured in China. Here's Coleman's original story: Chinese Chupacabras? That posting includes the Daily Telegraph article entitled "'Oriental Yeti' Discovered in China" that started it all. Coleman says the so-called "Yeti" trapped in China is probably a civet with mange, although we think it's most likely a female civet that got carried away with the hot waxing in preparation for bikini season. Apparently, that civet in China isn't the only victim of mistaken identity, as you'll see in A Tale of Two Loren Colemans.
