For some time now Todd Standing has been telling the tale of a mysterious North American valley known as "Sylvanic" by the "Native American" people he says gave it the name. Recently, Javier Ortega wrote about Standing's claims that the secret valley holds a Bigfoot population, as seen in Sylvanic Bigfoot, What's the Story? Meanwhile, the last ten years of cryptid research are reviewed in The Decade in Cryptozoology: Fun, Frivolity and Frustration.
