Last night on Sasquatch Watch Radio I made a statement implicating Janice Carter as a hoaxer by saying I may or may not have been hoaxed. I misspoke with that statement, and I want to make a public apology here and now. I apologize, Janice.
Very admirable of you Henry but I dont feel that you did anything that required an apology. If these habituation folks who make outrageous claims cant take questions and get defensive(poor Bruce was skewered for simply asking Bear for a photo or a vocalization)every time one is asked,then they should just keep to themselves and not go public. If I come out and say I have sasquatch coming for dinner every evening then I would fully expect a MILLION questions. They know this before they make these outrageous claims. I think its time to call it the way we see it..some are just seeking attention but dont want the trappings that come with that attention. Well,thats just my feelings on the matter. I dont have anything against anyone personally but I have listened for the past year to these outrageous claims by 4-5 people in particular and not a one has offered one shred of evidence that is worth a damn and if they arent going to share that evidence why go public in the first place??!! Not one. If they are seeing that many sasquatch then why cant they get a decent pic? We have a right to ask questions and if people dont want to be questioned or answer questions why in the hell do they go live on internet radio?? They just want to be celebrated as some sort of guru who knows all about sasquatch. Just my opinion. I know that I have a lot to learn about sasquatch as we all do. I have spent over 30 years researching this creature and while I have had only one sighting,it was enough to know they exist and to know what they look like and how they walk(bi-pedal). Peace.
I agree with ISO completely on everything said. You did nothing to require a public apology. These people make these claims and never offer any proof. When someone calls them out on these claims, they threaten. Well I for one will not be bullied. Bring it on habituators. Put up or shut up.
I am with ya JC. We must hold people accountable. If they are gonna make these outrageous statements then they should at least answer simple questions and offer a bit of proof to back up their claims. Kudos to Bruce as well.
