What is it? A striped hyena? An aardwolf? A dire wolf? All is revealed by Loren Coleman, who is mistakenly called "an outspoken woman" in the latest column by Kiwi Bigfoot Guy: Gender Bender Vendor?

The Big Three Still on the Track
Tony Lucas of New Zealand talks about his three favorite cryptids. (1) He feels there may well be a remnant population of New Zealand's laughing owl, those maniacal little residents of the forest. (2) Not surprisingly he believes the Thylacine, or Tasmanian Tiger, still exists, given the numerous reports of sightings, close encounters, tracks, droppings, pictures, and video footage. (3) Finally he cites the numerous reports of sea monsters around New Zealand waters, New Zealand Mosasaurs, all described as having a Crocodilian like head, long slender body, and flippers.
