Canadian paleontologists made identification of some bones excavated several years ago, naming the remains after the deceased paleontologist Elizabeth "Betsy" Nicholls. Nicholls recovered the specimens, but they had never been removed from the rock matrix in which they were found. The chicken-sized miniature velociraptors had the famed sickle-shaped claw on its legs, much like its Jurassic Park star cousin Velociraptor. Meanwhile, a claim is being made that other ancient evidence isn't what it has long been claimed to be, as evidenced in Scholar Claims Dead Sea Scrolls 'Authors' Never Existed.
