Is there a "detailed level of cross-cultural agreement" in universal myths, such as the "Creation Myth" and the myth of a worldwide flood of Noachian dimensions? Mythologist Rens Van der Sluijs says there is, and he details the three reasons these myths would not change substantially even after the passage of millennia.
