Per the article, Paulides spent 20 years as a Police Officer/detective prior to joining NABS. His book chronicles 45 Bigfoot reports where all witnesses signed affidavits. They met with a forensic artist and the hominid was drawn. This is the first time a law enforcement sketch artist personally met and drew Bigfoot based on eyewitness accounts. The sketches have been described as "riveting."
