This was a pretty terrific show, with guest Jason Valenti who discussed his 1996 sighting of a Sasquatch in Northern Florida, as well as discussing his research into Sasquatch and his website ( http://www.sasquatchresearch.net ) which has quite a bit of content on it referring to the works of Lloyd Pye and Bill Miller and others, as well as Jason's conclusions that we are dealing with a hominoid, not a hominid, which would be more humanlike than apelike. I called in and asked Jason about his opinion of population density as it relates to bears (every 100 bears for one Sasquatch) and also about a report I got from my own mother (thirdhand) of some workers in a rice field a 1/4-mile from here who saw an upright-walking bear several years ago. Jason answered all questions terrifically and honestly, including questions from the chat. Lauren also did a great segment on Footers in the Field about a report from the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.
