This was a terrific show, with guest Sean Forker, who discussed his beginnings in research into the Sasquatch problem in Pennsylvania at the tender age of 10, with his first reading of the John Green opus Sasquatch: The Apes Among Us and moving into his founding of Anomalis Entertainment and also Anomalis Investigations, which looks into everything from Bigfoot to UFOs to Ghosts to all sorts of Paranormal Phenomena. He also discussed the various shows he is (or has been) part of, such as the Sasquatch Experience, Beyond The Edge Radio, Let's Talk Bigfoot and The Sasquatch Triangle. I called in and got roasted a bit by Don, but I also asked Sean about the latest in his investigations. There was an appeal near the end by Sean to urge the witnesses to consult the elder statesmen and the researchers having been in it for a while before becoming too romantic. This was a rather interesting episode, about strange cattle mutilations, with several witnesses, more especailly in Canada and in the western US. Several scientists are examining the carcasses of cattle which are killed by unusual agents, and no one has actually seen the mutilations take place, and no footprints have been found either. The scientists are just as puzzled and do several tests, but do not come up with anything definitive that can explain the mutilations. There is a gamecam set up near a place where a cow was slaughtered for having rot foot. An unusual 30-foot circle is found near two sites of mutilations as well, and the soil is tested from each site. A veterinary pathologist, Dr. Nick Nation, at first believes it to be scavengers, but then finds a case which does not fit that criterion. Other clues are examined, and the investigation finds-well, I won't give too much away. Next week is the first Hairy Hominid episode of the season, about the Fouke Monster, called Swamp Stalkers, 9:00 EST/8:00 Central on History. Check local listings for time and channel.

Something mysterious and violent is killing cattle of the North American plains, but what is behind these gruesome attacks -- satanic cults, an unknown predator, or something previously unknown to man? For 40 years, there have been thousands of cases of cattle found mutilated under abnormal circumstances; these livestock are found dead, often with their blood drained and organs or body parts removed from their bodies. Abnormally high radiation levels have been detected in the soil near the dead animals when they are found, and the deaths often do not match the pattern of known predators. With no apparent footprints or tracks leading to or from the carcases and strange circles near the site, the mystery only deepens. A MonsterQuest team will gather samples and head to a laboratory to scientifically analyze the most compelling evidence.

I only heard 20 minutes of this show, but it was quite interesting, with a guest who was on discussing a Bigfoot/UFO /Paranormal connection. In addition to that, Smiter was on once again taking over the show and going off-topic as he tends to do. Ron Schaffner and Diane Stocking also called in and basically poo-pooed what the BF/UFO guy was saying, but in a respectful manner. It did provide for interesting radio. Unknown Avian Cryptid The Paranormal Pastor

Pastor Swope encountered an unknown bird in the summer of 2003 and after further investigation with the Pennsylvania Game Commission he still has no real idea what it was. "It was brown and the feathers had the same sheen as a pigeons. It was about double the size of a pigeon though, and had a bright orange beak. I also noticed that it had no tail feathers whatsoever."
