Hello Everyone:

Your hosts will be Bob Coyne and Mike Killen. This week we celebrate the dawning of the new year on New Years Eve and we all look forward wondering in anticipation what the new year will bring for us. But as we celebrate the beginning of the new year we also want to look back and remember the year that was 2008. As always we all have many different memories from this past year. Many of these memories are happy though some are sure to be sad as well, but life goes on. So in the spirit of looking back on the past and due in large part to a conversation I had with Kelly (known as squatchbiatch13 in chat), this week in chat lets have some fun with old pictures. Of course participation in completely voluntary, but I hope that many of you who are regulars in Bigfoot Quest chat will join in the fun with us. I would like for everyone (who is interested) to change their avatar pictures for the night and post a picture of yourself from the 80's. Most of you still remember the 80's don't you? The days when hard rock/heavy metal music, culture and fashion ruled supreme. The good 'ole days of big hair, wild clothes and all night parties. I think we can all have a lot of fun checking out and commenting on all the pics of the chat users from back then. So pull out all those old pics and find one that just screams "this was the 80's" and post it as your chat avatar this week. For those who were too young to remember the '80's' and you want to join in, a baby picture will do. If your like Bob Coyne who is too old to remember the '80's', a baby picture will do as well.

This was a terrific show, with guest Erick from Georgia who has had encounters in both that state and Florida. He described his encounters rather well, and talked about his feelings as pertains to those encounters (I asked him about that when I called in). Bill Green called in as well and asked, of course, about the Georgia hoax, as well as asking about the latest happenings with Erick's research, as well as Billy's. Smiter also called in and went off-topic about the Yowie in Australia. Next week, Billy and DB welcome members of the American Bigfoot Society beginning at 9:00 EST/8:00 Central. Police hunt mystery big cat after woman, 74, is wounded in attacks

The Scotsman reports that an elderly woman was attacked in the Highlands by a large cat, which she says was about 4 feet long, and with a black stripe down its back. She says this was the second time that cat had attacked her.
