Is this a track with midtarsal break?

I found and photographed this today in my grandfather's yard. It does appear to POSSIBLY be a track with a midtarsal break, but it could also just be a worn-out patch of grass. You be the judge.

Review: Beyond The Edge Radio 4-11-08

This was a great show, with guest Jason Offut, who has investigated in Missouri ghost sightings, as well as looking into Bigfoot sightings, including discussing the Momo (Missouri Monster), as well as discussing Shadow People and also a dog that reads minds. Bill Green called in with his signature questions about Bigfoot and also about Momo. I forget the name of the guest for next week, but it will be back at 2 hours and Eric will return as co-host, along with another gentleman who will be special guest host, beginning at 9:00 EST/8:00 Central at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/beyondtheedgeradio You can also download past episodes there as well as subscribe via iTunes. Review: Sasquatch Triangle 4-10-08

This was a great show, kind of an open-mic show, with myself and Don discussing various issues, including some new photos of tracks on Don's site of a possible track found at Salt Fork State Park last Sunday which measured 16 inches long and about 9 inches wide at the ball of the foot, as well as about sounds and the Rich LaMonica talker tape sound was played. Bill Green and Mike Feltner also called in with various questions and Mike discussed a bit the Ohio Talker Tape as well. Next week, Don will have I believe Scott Albaugh to discuss sounds beginning at 9:00 EST/8:00 Central at the usual place. You can also download past episodes there as well as subscribe via iTunes. Biography on Igor Bourtsev

Mr. Igor Bourtsev from Russia

Igor Bourtsev from Russia Igor Bourtsev, born in 1940, candidate of historical sciences, publisher, president of the Cryptosphere Fund for furthering scientific searches and explorations, director of the International Center of Hominology. Engaged in this investigation since 1965, participant and leader of many hominological expeditions – in the North Caucasus (Kabardino-Balkaria, 1965), Azerbajan (Talysh, 1970-75), Abkhazia (1971, 1975, 1978), Mongolia (1976), Pamiro-Alai (1979-82), the Murmansk Region (Lovozero Lake, 1990); participant of investigations near St. Petersburg (1997) and in the Kirov Region (2002-2003). Devoted several years to the study of the Patterson film; author and co-author of many publications in the popular scientific magazines and in newspapers. In the fall of 2004 spent five weeks in Tennessee, USA, investigating reports of Bigfoot visiting the Carter Farm.

Indefatigable author, researcher and thinker Brad Steiger takes host Dan Schneider beyond his usual philosophic materialism subject matter to explore the far reaches of the human experience. This penetrating interview, in text format, gives an excellent and insightful view of the many areas of high strangeness that find their way to The Anomalist every day. What does the bestselling author have to say about his own philosophy regarding "life, science and the cosmos?"

This was a great show, with guest Steve Abney, who discussed his research in Indiana and Tennessee and his major interest in the subject of Sasquatch, as well as his meetings with Janice Carter and meeting one of the Bigfoot creatures that hangs around her house. He also told of an experience he had staying in Janice's trailer where Fox banged on the side of the trailer and looked in the window. I called in and asked him about his research and also the experience with Fox. Another caller chimed in and discussed research as well. DVD Review: Bigfoot Terror

More like "Terrorible"

Four Movies which defy description, mainly because they all SUCK!!! Search For The Beast is a very amateurish, almost school project-type schlocky soft-porn film with some of the worst acting I have ever seen and nudity galore, and very little violence but a good deal of bad acting and a VERY bad Bigfoot suit, probably one of the worst I have seen in recent memory. The Legend Of Bigfoot from Ivan Marx is a quaint little docudrama of his efforts to find the Bigfoot and film it, with some allegedly hoaxed footage (it has been speculated that either himself or his wife Peggy were allegedly in the suits). The Capture Of Bigfoot is a very schlocky and campy late-70's Troma feature about a white 'Squatch named Arak, which has some pretty bad acting in it but not as bad as Search. It apparently has finally the capture of a creature which is tracked down by a group of local hunters in this movie. Finally, Shriek of The Mutilated is about a killer 'Squatch which goes on the rampage and boasts some pretty bad acting itself. I do not recommend this one, other than for the completist. No stars for this one.

Review: The Sasquatch Experience 4-6-08

This was a great and fascinating show, with a fellow known on some forums as Washingtonian (first name is Mike) who discussed that he and his family knew Roger Patterson and knew of his passion for Bigfoot (Mike's Dad worked with Roger). There was also a good bit of discussion on Bob Gimlin and his association with Roger and of course a discussion of the Patterson/Gimlin Movie, which Mike backs up 100%. The show did begin with James' Bake Shop segment, which was about basic field tips. The last half-hour was devoted to a discussion of Bob Heironimus and his claims, and how Mike and his family do not believe the claims made by Heironimus. Dunno what Melissa, Sean and James have for next week, but it should be a dandy, beginning at 9:00 EST/8:00 Central at the link to the right. You can also download past shows and also subscribe via iTunes. And as always, we encourage you to please tune in and support great research.

Review: The Bigfoot Mystery 4-6-08

This was a pretty great show, with guests John Johnsen and Bart Nunnelly discussing Johnsen's documentaries as well as Bigfoot and The Dogman, and several questions were fielded to Johnsen and Nunnelly about both subjects. I asked John and Bart about the investigation into the murder in the area at Land Between The Lakes which may have been connected to the Dogman, and several asked about the Dogman and also about Johnsen's projects and Bigfoot. Next week, dunno what Darin and JC have in store, but it should be a good one, beginning at 7:00 EST/6:00 Central at the usual place. You can also download past shows and subscribe via iTunes. And as always, we encourage you to please tune in and support great research.

Review: HBM's Crypto-Corner 4-6-08

This was not one of the best shows I have done. It pretty much sucked. The content was good, but I was too distracted by spammers and crank callers and audio problems. The subject was Sasquatch habituation with Bill Green, and we discussed that and also about our opinions of it. Bill discussed a bit about the Kentucky Cams and the possible activity he observed there, as well as some habituation cases he has heard of. It would've been a great show if not for people calling using relay-call and spamming, but what are you gonna do? I would give it about 2 1/2 stars out a possible 5. Maybe next week's will be better, about crypto-video and photographic evidence. That show begins at 5:00 EST/4:00 Central at the link to the right (just scroll down and look for it). You can also subscribe via iTunes and download past shows. And as always, we encourage you to please tune in and support great research.
