My best buddy and I are teachers in Tennessee, who are both into Cryptozoology. With the school year ending, if we win these tickets, we plan to take a road trip to see the film. At the halfway point, we will take a detour to Fouke, Arkansas, to see where The Legend of Boggy Creek transpired. Since my field is English and his is Science, we may even write about our journey a la Three Men Seeking Monsters!Iceman

Creature Sighting: Possibly Mothman Ghost Theory
Mothman is a bizarre creature who does not make an appearance very often, but when he does it tends to attract a lot of attention, and like Ghost Theory, we are utterly fascinated with the phenomenon. In this case, two eyewitnesses encounter what they describe as "the scariest creature" they'd ever seen, being at least 10 feet tall with glowing red eyes. Mothman sightings are pretty "out there" as far as Fortean encounters go, but the reports are so consistent that there is a thread of truth running throughout. Ghost Theory explores the historical context of Mothman too, going back to the possible original origin of the legendary creature--the Cornstalk curse. Meanwhile, attendees at a Bigfoot event in Delaware County, Oklahoma report Strong evidence of Bigfoot found, with incidents of rock throwing and howling. Apparently, Bigfoot was less than enthused at all the surprise guests in his territory...a truly disturbing report from Zimbabwe states that a Goblin [is] terroriz[ing] villagers in Chinamhora, leaving a small child dead and "healers" demanding fees to cleanse the house of the affected villagers. This says more scam than Fortean to us, and unfortunately it's not unheard of for this sort of thing to happen.
