Russian Scientist Igor Burtsev will head the new 'Yeti institute' at Kemerovo State University. He spoke to 15 witnesses who claimed to have recently seen the Yeti; some said the Yeti were stealing their animals. Burtsev believes the Yeti are surviving Neandethals and that about 30 of them are living in a remote region of Mount Shoria in in southern Siberia. Back in North Carolina, there's a New Knobby Video, which was captured by a disabled Vietnam-era veteran as the creature ambled across the road on March 22, 2011. The video is low quality and appears to show someone wearing a costume, however.
