New Louisiana Swamp Monster Photo [Updated] Cryptomundo
A deer stand camera near Berwick, LA, has reportedly snapped an image making its rounds through the national media and the Internet. An anonymous hunter submitted the photo to a Baton Rouge television station for use in its NBC33 See It, Shoot It, Share It nightly segment. The shot was supposedly rescued from the damaged deer stand camera found in the destroyed deer camp. The memory card from the camera contained the image, according to the person submitting the photo. And a report from the British newspaper The Daily Mail is saying the "deer hunter" physically snapped the photo while training his flashlight on the figure, as noted in What IS That? 'Forest Ghoul' Caught on Camera in Dead of Night by a Deer Hunter. Meanwhile, Loren Coleman, who teamed up with fellow cryptozoologist Mark A. Hall to produce the new book True Giants: Is Gigantopitheticus Still Alive?, offers up numerous images to accompany a listing of Top Ten Cryptozoology Deaths of 2010.
