A diver who sent a deep sea camera into the bottom of a fjord in Iceland reports seeing "some kind of creature that you couldn't see really well. Something that was quick to make itself scarce when you got near it." And over in Canada, a small lake in Charlotte County, New Brunswick, is said to be home to "Old Ned," a creature that's described as being either serpentine, eel-like, or cetacean-like in appearance, and is perhaps greater than 13 metres in length. Stories about the existence of The Lake Utopia Monster by Natives pre-date the arrival of the Europeans but the first documented account appears in 1867. There is no conclusive evidence for the existence of this creature, however, and some speculate it is nothing but an otter, beaver, logs, a ball of freshwater eels, a large fish, or some other known animal. Elsewhere, some sea serpent items from Dale Drinnon's mailbox in Some More From The Mailbag I. Some More From the Mailbag II, and Some More From the Mailbag III. And on Cryptomundo, an item contributed to the International Cryptozoology Museum prompts Loren Coleman to ask: What Is It?.
