Bigfoot Sightings Return to Eugene, California and Alarm Residents Examiner
Eugene, OR, Outdoor Living Examiner Dave Masko says it's been a banner year for Bigfoot events - sightings, footprints and other signs of Bigfoot's presence - in northern California and in Oregon. Masko talked with residents from around Garberville, CA, as well as the state's Department of Fish and Game, about reports of Bigfoot in the mountains and redwood forests. Masko also says there have "been recent reports of Bigfoot or a creature like it in and around the Eugene (Oregon) area." One Bigfoot afficionado laments to Masko, "I think if we had a regular way to report Bigfoot sightings then we'd catch the thing." The Thanksgiving weekend turned out large numbers of tourists in the area, says Masko, increasing reports of the huge, hairy hominoid in the region.
