Bigfoot at Fort Stewart Weird Georgia
Jim Miles' quest to leave you a quivering lump by Halloween through presentation of well-documented weirdness from the state of Georgia continues on day six of the 31-day venture by pointing out two military missions in the vast and swampy confines of Fort Stewart, near Savannah. Did two military training units encounter the huge hairy humanoid known as Bigfoot? And Miles isn't the only writer working to get you Halloween ready, as evidenced by Kelly Craftman's text, video and images explaining where and when you can connect with a particular genre of the paranormal in Talking With the Dead at Real Halloween Seances, and Old New Orleans paranormal expert Alyne Pustanio adds the true story of a woman recognized as "the most powerful witch to have practiced in New Orleans in the 20th century", with images, in There Once Was a Beautiful Witch Queen in Old New Orleans: The Story of Mary Oneida Toups.
