Cattle Stalker Rochester Paranormal

A grainy photograph supposedly snapped in the farming area around Yates County, New York, seems to show something reaching down from the sky toward a small herd of cattle. Is this a photo of "cattle being harrassed by an unknown?" Or is it a twig from a tree situated very close to the photographer?
