Once the oldest prison in continuous use in the US, the Burlington County Prison Museum in Mount Holly, NJ, designated a National Landmark, was in operation for 155 years before the last prisoners were removed in 1966. Now open for tours, the historic facility has developed a reputation as a center for unexplained activity, the kind of activity South Jersey Ghost Research investigates and reports on.
