Glowing Creature-Strange Lights Reported In Pennsylvania UFO Anomalies Zone

Two hunters in Elk County first witness a pair of dim glowing lights, followed by 10 white beams of light coming from one spot about 10 feet above the ground, then a lime-green glowing human-like form moving about 20 feet out into a grass field. Its arms hung straight down and were longer than a human's arms. It moved faster than the hunters, as if it were gliding.
