It's back. The creepy gnome of cell-phone camera fame has made another appearance, this time in Clodomira, Argentina. What are these diminutive creatures? Are they creatures at all, or midgets playing pranks? Also, something else creepy has reappeared in Phantom Clowns Are Back!
