Dwarf skeletons found there and dated between 900 and 2,800 years ago have been determined to be "insular humans," peoplewho devolved to dwarf stature in keeping with impoverished sustenance on the island. 'Creepy Gnome' Terrorizes Town The Sun
The town of General Guemes, Salta Province, Argentina, is reportedly the site of several sightings of a curiously creepy small figure wearing a "pointy hat". Many claim to have been spooked by the little "gnome", but only teenager Jose Alvarez has managed to film a video of the being. That video is included.
