Newly Updated Information on the 25th-Annual Ohio Bigfoot Conference!!!!!!

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year and give you the latest information on the April 13th, 2013 Ohio Bigfoot Conference at the Salt Fork Lodge and Conference Center.

We have a new speaker committed...the one and only Mr. Loren Coleman...author, researcher, museum curator, cryptozoologist, etc.... from Portland, Maine.

As of now, our lineup consists of Dr. Esteban Sarmiento, Thom Powell, Loren Coleman, and BFRO curators Dr. Russ Jones (WV) & Mark Maisel (OH).

I Talked To Paul Graves the other night...

And we were discussing the recent DNA from the Justin Smeja alleged shooting of two Sasquatches. He told me that the study, done by Trent University, had bear primers which were the reason for the results of that DNA study coming out bear/human. So it would seem that they were already predisposed to have a bias against the existence of a North American Primate, which seems typical of most so-called "scientists."

While Bigfoot certainly tops everyone's list for 2012, skeptic Brian Switek announces he is Calling it quits for Bigfoot and declaring the whole enterprise a big, fat fake due to lack of evidence. All of his relevant points could be easily counterpointed by us but really, it isn't anything we haven't all rehashed before...many, many times.

Review: Finding Bigfoot 12-30-12

This was a rather interesting and pretty good episode, two hours, about the Yowie, the Australian version of Sasquatch. The team met with biologist Gary Opit who had a sighting of a Yowie. The team had night operations in that area but ultimately found nothing. Then their town hall meeting yielded some reports, which might have some credibility to them, but then again they might not. One witness claimed a Yowie shook his car while he was in it; another claimed to have had one look in his window and kill his goats. Ranae was skeptical of the goat story, but Cliff seemed to accept it. Bobo, Ranae and Cliff investigated the report of the car-shaking, and it could have been a Yowie, but it was dark, so it also could have been humans messing with the guy. Matt investigated a lady's sighting on her property and in a large area, but found nothing. Cliff, Ranae and Bobo got some interesting vocalizations and claps and knocks, but those could have been the Bushmen messing with them. Then, on the final night investigation, they found...well, I will not spoil it. All in all, I give this episode a 7 out of 10. Next week they head back to Washington State, regular time, 10:00 EST/9:00 Central on Animal Planet. Check local listings for time and channel.
