Review: The XZone 7-16-07
This was a pretty good show, with myself being on in the second hour. Our good friend Bill Green called in and gave his opinion of the BFRO expedition. A lady named Pam from Kentucky also called and gave her opinion on things. An anthropologist named Charlie called in and challenged me on a theory I espoused on how Sasquatch got to the U.S. The entire discussion was pretty much about the BFRO expedition and other things regarding the Sasquatch. The show will be in the archives before too long on http://www.xzoneradio.com
XZone Radio Tonight!/Bigfoot Radio Night!!!!!!!!!!
I have been asked to take part in a discussion on the recent Michigan BFRO expedition by the XZone's host, Rob McConnell, so I will do so, tonight at 11:00 EST/10:00 Central. The web address is http://www.xzoneradio.com or http://www.xzonetv.com The call-in number is 1-877-528-8255. I hope everyone can tune in and support great research.
Update: The XZone will start at 10:00 EST/9:00 Central with an open-mic show inviting members of the BFRO to call in to discuss their recent Michigan expedition. Then, in the second hour, I will be Rob's guest, as noted above. Then, at 12:00 EST/11:00 Central, Leo Selzer will be the guest to discuss Sasquatch. However, starting it all off is Steve Kulls and Billy Willard and Squatch Detective Radio at 9:00 EST/8:00 Central, and I imagine the main topic of discussion will be the recent BFRO expedition. So this will kind of be Bigfoot Radio Night tonight. Squatch Detective Radio can be found at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/TheSquatchDetective Again, please tune in and support great research.

Review: The Sasquatch Experience 7-15-07
This was an absolutely wonderful show, with our guest the legend himself, Smokey Crabtree. He discussed the legend surrounding the Fouke Monster, as well as the real behind the scenes drama that went on with the movie The Legend of Boggy Creek. He also discussed the fact that he never makes a penny off selling his books, t-shirts, CD's or other memorabilia he sells at his website. He was also asked questions about the scream heard in the movie, as well as where he got the unknown skeleton he recovered in 1991 and how long he has had it. Smokey is an absolute font of information and truth, and I for one appreciate his contribution to our show as well as to the field of Sasquatch research. Our next program will feature (hopefully) another living legend, Mr. Peter Byrne. That program starts at the usual time of 9:00 EST/8:00 Central and can be found at the link to the right. As always, we encourage all of you to tune in and support great research.

Review: The Sasquatch Triangle 7-12-07
Eric Altman was Don's guest and he was a good one. He discussed activity in Pennsylvania as well as his possible encounter with a BHM (Big Hairy Monster) in Coshocton County, Ohio. He also answered questions from different e-mailers and from myself and Bill Green, with the majority of the questions from e-mailers pertaining to the Patterson/Gimlin Movie. Bill asked Don and Eric about the current media flap surrounding the BFRO's current expedition in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and I asked Eric about a set of 24-inch tracks found in Washington County, Pennsylvania in 1994 and whether or not they were authentic. It was a wonderful show, and full of great information. Next Thursday night, Don will present for the first 30 minutes of the show an interview he conducted with Australian Yowie researcher Tony Healy in May, and then he will open the mic up to questions from anyone, whether it is through phone or IM or e-mail. That show begins at 9:00 EST/8:00 Central and can be found at the link to the right. As always, we encourage you to tune in and support great research.

Review: Let's Talk Bigfoot 7-11-07
This was a wonderful show, with guest John Freitas, who described some of his adventures in the field, not to mention an incident which occurred while he was on the air on the Jeff Rense Show several years ago, and also he answered questions from several people on the Searching For Bigfoot Forum (mine was the first to be asked, woo-hoo!!!) I really enjoyed the interview, and it was very informative. Their next show will have two guests, Loren Coleman and Lisa Shiel, next Wednesday at 10:00 EST/9:00 Central. As always, please tune in and support great research. The show can be found at http://www.letstalkbigfoot.com
Editorial: Self-Promoters: Do they help or hurt?
There are a lot of individuals in the hunt for the Sasquatch who are hard-working and sincere about their craft. Then, there are some self-promoters who seem to be more about putting themselves out there than any serious Sasquatch research. Now, these individuals (who will remain nameless to protect feelings) are sometimes a tremendous detriment to the more humble researchers who are plying their craft trying to find that one piece of evidence that will prove there really is a hairy biped inhabiting forested areas all over the world. On the other hand, there are some self-promoters who seem to be helpful in other areas of research despite the fact that they have a massive ego or seem to be self-serving. Sometimes, even these self-promoters are a necessary evil, unfortunately, because sometimes they have a tidbit of information to share which helps out some of the more humble researchers, despite the source. Sometimes it is just helpful to overlook the egotistical nature of some of these folks when they give out an important piece of information, and put your problems with these individuals aside. So, it is a bit of a mixed bag as to whether or not these individuals help or hurt our field, so it can be a slippery slope, no doubt. I think it is a matter of personal preference with the more humble individuals out there.
Let's Talk Bigfoot Tonight...
Melissa and Teresa will have the "Godfather of Call-Blasting," John Freitas on their show. The program starts at 10:00 EST/9:00 Central and can be found at http://www.letstalkbigfoot.com Please tune in and support great research.
